# 双向传输层安全性协议（mTLS）

## 是什么

双向 TLS (mTLS) 是一种用于对两个[服务](https://glossary.cncf.io/zh-cn/service/)之间发送的消息进行身份验证和加密的技术。 
双向 TLS (mTLS) 是标准的[传输层安全性协议](https://glossary.cncf.io/zh-cn/transport-layer-security/)(TLS) ，
